Guarantees and Returns

All our shipments include Full Risk Insurance against losses, breaks or anomalies that may affect the package during transport. It is very important that when the order is delivered, check that the package is not broken, stained or open, in which case you should not accept it. In that case, indicate the reason on the delivery note that the courier will provide and contact us to inform us and make a new shipment.

Right of withdrawal:

It has a maximum period of 14 days from the receipt of the product or from the conclusion of the contract (in the case of provision of services), without penalties for its exercise. So that the total purchase amount will be refunded, that is, the price of the product plus shipping costs, not subjecting the exercise to any formality, simply being able to demand that the product be returned in perfect condition without limiting the use of the product (provided that it does not go beyond the mere verification of its good condition and operation) to the impossibility that the consumer returns it in exercise of his right of withdrawal.

To admit the return, the product and its packaging must be in perfect condition and keep all its accessories and original documentation.
The consumer should know that if the product is not returned in the same original packaging within the withdrawal period, it will suffer a depreciation that will be communicated to you at the time of resending.

Defective product of origin:

The return is guaranteed. Once we receive the defective product we will proceed to repair, replace, lower the price or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer and user.
The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that manifests itself within two years from delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

Product that, by mistake, does not respond to the order:

Product for a gift:

The product can be changed as long as it is not opened and is kept in perfect condition. The amount of the purchase will never be refunded, but you can make the change for an item of the same amount or higher. The shipping costs and the price difference, if any, will be borne by the person making the change.
