Take care of your Legs during the Summer

1- CHANGE YOUR BATHROOM ROUTINE

As we well know, fruits and vegetables are essential and should make up 50% of our daily diet. Food with a lot of water will help us retain less fluids: watermelon, cucumber, asparagus, pineapple, grapes, apples ...
And against cellulite, vitamin C (kiwis, citrus, pepper, pineapple, strawberries ...), potassium that stimulates lymphatic drainage (carrot, eggplant, bananas ...) and legumes and cereals due to their high fiber content that eliminates the fats that settle in these areas.
