It is best to do physical activity in the early hours of the day, since if we do it at night we can get too active at bedtime, which will make it difficult for us to fall asleep.

Take care of the environment of your bedroom. It is clear that the environment of your bedroom will affect the quality of your sleep, so it is important to have a good mattress, comfortable and breathable bedding and a well ventilated room.
